Parks and recreation areas are, sadly, some of the most vulnerable areas for fence vandalism. At the same time, they are areas which do not want to be spoiled in appearance by industrial type fences at their boundaries and walkways.There are a number of systems, listed below, which try to marry up these sometimes conflicting requirements of strength with aesthetic appeal.
Traditional fully welded solid bar steel railing is the most robust solution, but also the most expensive. For less expansive budgets the more popular options are the stronger welded mesh panel systems (such as Pallas) or hollow section railing systems such as TangoRail.
