 Kevin Shill-North
London Region
Kevin joined Darfen North London as a trainee when he left school at sixteen. Six years later he is now a Lead Fencing Erector at the North London branch.

 Babz Davies
Branch Administrator, Central Region
Having been out of work because of health issues, Babz was ambitious to return to work. She joined the Central Region working part time as Office Assistant and just over a year on she has been promoted to Branch Administrator and working full time.

 Karen Adams
Trainee Surveyor / Estimator, Central Region
Karen has been with the company for a staggering 14 years, and started working just 8 hours a week as Branch Administrator. Looking for a new challenge Karen has recently been promoted to Trainee Surveyor /Estimator and is now carrying out site visits and drawing up estimates. With a view to eventually becoming Contracts Supervisor Karen is certainly a good example of how employees can grow with the company.

 Karl Wright
Senior Contracts Manager, North London Region
In November 2004 Karl joined the company as a Fence Erector after applying online. After 6 months, Karl was promoted to Contracts Manager and today he is Senior Contracts Manager at North London responsible for around 30 different installation staff at any given time. Karl has succesfully completed various courses whilst at Darfen and is currently studying towards an NVQ and SMSTS.

 Sera Serfozo
Office Sales Manager, Steelhoard
Sera joined Darfen in 1999 as a Sales Assistant in the Steelhoard division. Sera has undergone a variety of training including completing NVQ level 3 in Business Administration. Today, Sera is Office Sales Manager and currently on maternity leave with her first child.

 Craig Sargent
Access Control Manager
Craig began his Darfen career as a trainee and today is Sales Manager for the Access Control division. When he is not in the office he is busy travelling the country visiting a variety of clients providing bespoke access control solutions.
